The Rocket boys soccer team is home tonight, against Goddard Eisenhower, which is 0-4-1 on the season. The Rockets remain unbeaten at 5-0. Eisenhower's key players are Jackson McCoy, Liam Ellington, Kellen Christians, and Truman Hinton. Last season the Rockets defeated the Tigers 2-1 in overtime. “They’re a good team, so we’ll have to play as a unit tonight to beat them,” said Rockets player Sebastian Rodriguez.
Tonight's game will be played at the new turf field east of the high school. Parking is available in the main parking lot west of the high school and in the gravel between the baseball and softball fields. Parking is not available east of the high school or on Rocket Drive. The admission gate will be on the sidewalk leading to the field.
There are bleachers available at the field but fans are also able to bring their own chairs and sit OUTSIDE the black fence. Bathrooms and concessions will be available as well.
